After what seems like a very long time, networking events have finally returned to Falkirk Business Hub!
We held our first Hub Breakfast Club for our tenants and members at the end of July. Held in our Hub Lounge coworking space, it’s the first time we’ve had the opportunity to hold an event like this since the start of the pandemic. Despite being in the middle of the summer holidays, we had a great turnout. Over 20 tenants and members turning up to enjoy pastries, coffee and to get to know each other. With quite a few new businesses moving into Falkirk Business Hub over the last few years, it was a great opportunity for old and new tenants to finally meet. We now plan to hold our Breakfast Club events on a regular basis so that our businesses can network and connect, as well as hear the latest news about the business centre.
A week later, we were delighted to co-host Let’s Network with the Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce in our seminar suite at the start of August. We’re members of the Chamber and strong supporters of its mission to champion businesses in the Forth Valley. The event was another great success, with over 40 business owners and entrepreneurs from across the area attending. As it was another breakfast event, many of our tenants enjoyed the opportunity to pop along to network at the start of the working day before heading to their offices. The event feedback from the Chamber, our tenants and our members was really positive. We’re looking forward to hosting another event with them in the future.
Our seminar suite is a flexible space that can be set up in a variety of ways to meet your needs. Now that restrictions have ended, we can accommodate events and conferences for up to 59 people. We also have separate meeting rooms in a variety of sizes that make the perfect breakout areas.
